The next Padaro Lane sale is impressive on several levels. This 7 acre sale just closed escrow for $25,000,000. What makes this sale even more impressive is the fact that in 2006, this sold for $28,500,000. but the 2006 sale included 17 acres! Yes, you read it right. 7 of the 17 acres were carved off, and just sold for $25,000,0000.
The third impressive oceanfront sale was 100+ oceanfront acres in Hollister Ranch, located in the Northern region of Santa Barbara, commonly referred to as the Gaviota Coast. This oceanfront property was listed at $9,995,000 and sold for $7,833,250.
